Step 1: Accessing Your K2 Practice Bank & Study Support Plus
Immediately upon purchase, you can log into your K2U Dashboard to begin your preparation:
- 120 Exam-Mapped Practice Questions: Access your full practice bank containing 120 questions designed to test your knowledge across key CSA exam domains.
- Study Support Plus: If you get stuck or need clarification on any concept, submit your question directly on the practice question page or via your K2U dashboard message board to get direct assistance from certified experts.
Step 2: Recommended On-Demand Learning (Optional & Self-Paced)

Step 3: Redeeming Your CSA Exam Voucher
Your official CSA exam voucher is allocated directly to your ServiceNow University profile upon purchase, no prerequisite completion wait-time required.

- Complete your exam registration on Pearson VUE.
Exam Voucher & 90-Day Window Rules
