What happens if I fail the ServiceNow CSA exam?
The kit includes one exam attempt. A retake is booked and paid for directly through Pearson VUE and is subject to ServiceNow’s current retake policy and fee, which you can find in ServiceNow’s Credentialing Program Guide.
When do I get my ServiceNow CSA exam voucher, and does it expire?
Your practice exams and Study Support Plus open right after checkout. Your voucher is added to your ServiceNow University profile shortly after purchase, and you don’t need to finish any coursework first. The voucher doesn’t expire while it sits in your profile. Once you click Register on Pearson VUE, you have 90 days to schedule and take the exam.
Do I need coding or software development experience to pass the CSA exam?
No. The CSA exam focuses on core administration, user setup, workflows and platform configuration, most of which uses ServiceNow’s point-and-click interface.
