Responsibilities:
- As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for owning the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery.
- You will set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.
- You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
- Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve software architecture and development processes.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with evolving business needs.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Lead code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Analyze complex challenges and develop scalable solutions that support long-term project success.
