Project Description:
The IT Project Quality Expert supports IT projects by ensuring compliant and consistent execution of validation and quality activities throughout the project
delivery lifecycle.
The role acts as the Validation Coordinator within assigned IT projects, guiding project teams on validation, data integrity and regulatory requirements.
The role ensures that project deliverables meet quality standards and are inspection-ready at release, in alignment with the end clients QMS and Global IT Quality expectations.
- Takes on the Validation Coordinator Role in assigned IT Projects
- Creates and maintains a Validation Plan in line with the end clients QMS
- Creates and summarizes all validation activities in the Validation Report
- Ensures that project team members are trained based on the end clients IT training requirements.
- Advises project teams in processes, standards and procedures to follow
- Reviews and approves critical project and system life cycle deliverables.
- Jointly chairs the tollgate review meetings with IT PMO.
- Supports vendor qualification activities (as needed).
- Manages interfaces to quality stakeholders (DAQ-QA, IT Quality Management)
- Assesses and escalates Quality Management risks and issues.
- Supports Project Teams in the setup and management of tests in Kneat.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Supports remediation activities post-audit and post-inspection.
- Supports the IT organization in applying the global change management process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
