HR Operations Specialist (International)

Administering the company’s Oyster Employer of Record (EOR) platform across the full employee
lifecycle.
Coordinating onboarding, offboarding and employment documentation for employees across multiple
countries.
Coordinating monthly payroll inputs with internal stakeholders and external providers.
Managing the processing and reconciliation of monthly invoices for Brazil-based PJ contractors.
Coordinating recruitment activity, scheduling interviews and supporting a great candidate experience.
Acting as a super user for HiBob and supporting the continuous improvement of HR systems and
processes.
Leveraging AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
Key Priorities, Duties and Responsibilities
HR Operations
Manage the day-to-day running of HR
operations across the team.
Maintain accurate employee records within
HiBob and other HR systems.
Coordinate smooth onboarding and
offboarding activities.
Prepare employment documentation, HR
correspondence and employee
communications.
Maintain HR policies, procedures and
documentation.
Employer of Record (EOR) Management
Act as the primary administrator for the
company’s Oyster Employer of Record
platform.
Manage the full employee lifecycle within
Oyster including onboarding, contract
generation, amendments, compensation
changes and offboarding.
Partner with Oyster to ensure all employment
activity is compliant with local employment
legislation and best practice.
Resolve day-to-day queries relating to
employment, payroll, benefits and
compliance, escalating to Oyster when
required.
Identify opportunities to improve EOR
processes and maximise the effective use of
the platform.
HR Systems & Technology
Act as a super user for HiBob.
Support the continuous improvement of HR
systems and processes.
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve
efficiency and enhance the employee
experience.
Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with internal
stakeholders and external providers.
Work with external payroll and EOR providers
across multiple countries.
Manage the end-to-end processing and
reconciliation of monthly invoices for Brazil-
based PJ contractors, clearing invoice queues,
validating billing information and maintaining
accurate records.
Recruitment
Coordinate recruitment activity across the
business.
Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates
and hiring managers.
Manage recruitment admin and onboarding
documentation.
Support employer branding and candidate
experience initiatives.
Undertake ad hoc projects and initiatives as
required
What We’re Looking For
Experience
Minimum of three years’ experience within an HR Operations, HR Generalist or HR Analyst role.
Experience supporting multiple stages of the employee lifecycle.
Strong written and spoken English.
Understanding of recruitment and onboarding processes, and a working knowledge of employee relations
and employment practices.
Desirable: experience of international or multi-country HR operations, payroll coordination, people
analytics, or a SaaS start-up / scale-up environment.
Knowledge and familiarity with managing PJ Contractor Agreements in Brazil.
Technical Expertise
Hands-on experience with, or the confidence to quickly learn:
An HRIS (HiBob highly desirable).
An Employer of Record (EOR) platform such as Oyster.
Advanced Microsoft Office, with a real comfort in picking up new technology.
AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Microsoft Copilot (desirable).
