Solution Architect: Co-create the solution vision, map business capabilities to out-of-the-box features, and ensure technical design aligns with client business objectives.
Product Knowledge: Leverage deep expertise across the Salesforce platform, customer experience solutions, data management, and enterprise integration tools such as Informatica to deliver the strategic blueprint successfully.
