Our client in the Commercial Real Estate industry is looking for a Senior Salesforce Admin to fill a gap for 4 weeks on the CAM Services project. Our current team member had to take medical leave so this is a backfill role. There is opportunity for extension to another pod or team
No formal JD, just looking for some with:
• Service Cloud experience
Tickets are mostly Service Cloud related configuration and flow automation updates
• Has the experience to be self-sufficient (ticket documentation is good)
• Nearshore or US Based
