Salesforce Agentforce Developer / Technical Consultant

Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Agentforce Developer / Technical Consultant to support a large-scale Agentforce migration and implementation. The resource will help build the client's AI knowledge architecture, configure Data Libraries, implement custom retrieval capabilities, and support enterprise AI governance. Longer term, the Agentforce ecosystem will be governed and integrated through MuleSoft.
This is a highly technical implementation role focused on Salesforce's newest AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and implement Agentforce Data Libraries (ADL)
Build and configure Custom Retrievers
Create, organize, and ingest Knowledge Articles into Agentforce Data Libraries
Configure retrieval strategies and optimize knowledge search
Support Salesforce Data Cloud integrations and data activation
Collaborate on Agentforce governance and future MuleSoft integration
Work closely with Salesforce architects and development teams on enterprise AI initiatives
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Agentforce Data Libraries
Experience building Custom Retrievers
Strong Salesforce Data Cloud experience
Experience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) architecture and integrations
Experience with Agent Studio
Experience using Agent Testing Center
Strong Salesforce development and integration experience
Agentforce Certification and hands on experience
Nice to Have
Experience with Agent Fabric
MuleSoft integration experience
Experience implementing enterprise AI and Agentforce solutions at scale
Preferred Profile
Experience delivering enterprise Salesforce AI/Agentforce implementations
Strong communication skills with the ability to work alongside architects and business stakeholders
LATAM or Offshore candidates preferred
Available to overlap with U.S. business hours
