Client/scope specifics:
Main point of contact for LATAM business teams (Chile, Colombia, Brazil) onboarding onto Salesforce.
Joining a 1.5-year-old Broker Management program with Accounting/Financial Processes; backlog of remaining countries to onboard.
Ideal candidate:
Senior Solution Architect leading multi-country transformation to a unified process and platform
Insurance background (brokerage preferred)
Manages scope under a fixed-fee contract and sets expectations with a demanding customer
Documents scope (Epics, Features, User Stories) in Azure DevOps, plus dependencies, assumptions, and key decisions
Translates business requirements into solutions
Acts as liaison between customer and Salesforce Product, helping shape the roadmap with AJ Gallagher
Familiar with AI tooling (Cursor, Claude), as the project is AI-augmented
Communicates scope, timing, and roadmap to leadership from a well-managed backlog
