SAP HCM Consultant (m/f/d)

Description:
- Configure, implement, and support SAP HCM Time and Payroll PY-DE in compliance with Germany legal requirements.
- Lead or assist in end-to-end payroll implementations for Germany entities.
- Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing, and resolve functional issues.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, analyse gaps, and design scalable solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration with related modules (PA, OM, Time Management).
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.
- Prepare documentation such as functional specifications, test scripts, and user manuals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM, focused on Germany Payroll configuration.
- Strong understanding of statutory regulations for Payroll (tax, social insurance, collective agreements).
- Proven experience in full-cycle implementations: blueprinting, customizing, and go-live support.
- Working knowledge of integration with PA, OM, and Time Management modules.
- Ability to write functional specifications and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Germany and English language mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field.
