On behalf of our client we are currently looking for a Senior IT Project Manager (M/F):
Project/Customer background:
For a leading client in the sports and outdoor retail industry, leading and coordinating the deployment and global rollout of o9 Solutions as part of a large-scale Supply Chain Planning Transformation program (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP).
Current Phase: Active Deployment, Regional Expansion (EMEA to NAM/APAC), and Systems Integration
Duration: Long-term / Ongoing program commitment (Starting ASAP)
Language: English (Fluent) / French
Skills: Mandatory Skills (Must-Haves)
10+ years of IT Project Management experience delivering large-scale Supply Chain Planning or S&OP transformation projects.
Hands-on experience managing System Integrators, external software vendors, and cross-functional international teams.
Strong background with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, enterprise integrations (Snowflake, DataSphere), and global cloud deployment programs.
Soft Skills: Executive communication, stakeholder management, program governance, workshop facilitation, and strong cross-cultural leadership skills.
Strongly Preferred & Nice-to-Have Skills : Previous experience with o9 Solutions implementation (or equivalent tools like Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP).
Knowledge of retail, sporting goods, footwear, apparel, or consumer products industries. Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and Jira-based execution.
