SAP Project Manager – Boutique Opening Project
We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the technology delivery for a boutique opening project. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of project management experience, a strong track record in SAP delivery, and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the Forward Deployed team to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support a product-led deployment approach, facilitating coordination between PEL and product teams.
- Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues in line with boutique opening milestones.
- Coordinate testing sessions, ensuring readiness, stakeholder participation, and follow-up on defects.
- Facilitate communication, report progress, and manage complex stakeholder relationships across business and technology teams.
- Apply Richemont best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adoption of Group Platforms’ preferred tools, including Jira and Confluence.
- Ensure a smooth transition to product teams, with clear ownership, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Required experience and skills
- Minimum 10 years of project management experience, including delivery of SAP projects.
- Proven hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence for planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience managing testing activities, project risks, and operational handovers.
- Ability to work effectively across business, technical, and product teams.
Experience with retail or boutique opening projects and familiarity with Richemont’s environment would be an advantage.
