1. Ask from your dashboard
Navigate to My Dashboard and select Ask a Question in the top banner.
2. Ask inside your course material
Click the Ask a question icon next to any question while reviewing your purchased study guides or practice exams. Your expert automatically receives the full scenario context, no need to copy or explain the question.
3. Receive your answer
Usually within one business day. Questions are answered by our expert team Monday to Friday, so anything submitted over the weekend is picked up on Monday.

Every question you submit is routed directly to a specialist dedicated to that specific exam topic. Simply renew whenever you need continued support.
Is Study Support Plus valid for multiple certifications at once?
Yes! You don’t need separate passes for each course. For $39/month, Study Support Plus applies to all active Salesforce and ServiceNow courses currently on your dashboard, so you can get expert help wherever you need it.
How do I access Study Support Plus?
You can access Study Support Plus through two convenient methods:
- Via the Dashboard: Click “My Dashboard” on the left menu, then click the “Ask a Question” button in the banner at the top of the page.
- Inside the course material: While taking a practice exam or going through a study guide, click the “Ask a question” icon to ask our experts specifically about the question you find confusing.
Who will be answering my questions?
You will receive guidance directly from certified professionals who have passed the exam themselves and have real-world implementation experience.
How many questions can I ask?
Ask as often as you need, there’s no limit on questions during your active 1-month access period.

Do I need to purchase study materials as well?
Study Support Plus is not available as a standalone product. To purchase it, you must have an active K2U Study Guide or Practice Exam on your dashboard, or buy one alongside it.
It works together with your K2U study materials, allowing our experts to guide you to the most relevant sections and help you when you need additional support.
What is the refund policy for Study Support Plus?
You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not submitted any questions or utilized the support service. Once you have asked a question or after 7 days have passed, all sales become final and non-refundable.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! Your $39 purchase gives you a full month of expert support. Your access simply ends after 31 days unless you choose to renew.
